I called Brian shortly after he opened for the day with a concern about a transmission service because my transmission fluid had a burnt smell. Brian explained that my vehicle probably had synthetic fluid and that it had a different smell and told me that I could bring it by and have him check it for me. This was especially appreciated as I was leaving on an elk hunt the next day with my pick-up.
