I work for a large underground utility construction company in Texas that uses a variety of Condux products, and I must say I am very disappointed in Condux customer service and product support. I recently purchased a few of these Turbo Slitters and to my surprise the shaft that runs the entire tool and connects to your drill has broken and I'm being told by Condux product specialist that this part is not replaceable.
