We have rented for several years from Condotel always a great experience until I had to have emergency surgery on the 28th this month.literally called on my way into surgery to cancel reservation for the 31 -3. Today Michelle said well you didn't put it in writing and it is the holiday policy so no - cancellations...Way to treat a good customer or should I say x customer.
