Renters and buyers beware! There are serious design flaws with this building. We did not have hot water for several months due to bad design. Additionally if you are unlucky and one of your neighbors “forgets “ to pay their bills over the summer, the AC will be shut off for ALL the apartments on the floor as has happened to us. We’ve been without AC for 4 days now during a heatwave. Ascentia, the so-called “management “ company is utterly useless.
