VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY I bought some tickets for my mother and the owner of the company after I paid for the tickets. I called her to ask some questions about the ticket and she acted rudely telling me that I only had 3 minutes to respond and that I had nothing to ask. Very bad experience with this agency. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Es el peor tours que he tenido nos hicieron viajar en un ferry todo sucio que no era de turistas habían 800 personas todas sin máscaras nosotras éramos 23 personas perdimos días de estadía los hoteles sucios jamás vuelvo a viajar con esta compañía. It is the worst tours I have ever had, they made us travel on a dirty ferry that was not for tourists, there were 800 people all without masks, we were 23 people, we lost days of stay, the dirty hotels, I never travel with this company again.
Absolute trash. They don't answer their phones and I don't know how they're still in business.
