It is my understanding that Condor Properties "manages" College Plaza at Steeles & McLaughlin. It's been 5 years of weekend noise, loitering, alleged illegal activities. Time to step up and add Security Guards, work with Peel Police and neighbours to address the serious weekend problem at College Plaza.
