Stay away! The only thing worse than this place's quality control, is their customer service. Teffy won't let me return his subpar product and his method of resolving a customer complaint is apparently, ignore them until they go away. I purchased the cycle loader for use in our toy hauler. This works perfectly and makes winching bike into trailer smooth and easy. Securing the bike and system is also a breeze and I have no worries of bike falling or load insecurity once moving. Perfect addition to our towing equipment.
Called because I realized one of the nuts on my e track adaptor was missing after trailering my bike cross country and back. i am going on vacation in a week concerned about getting the part in time. I talked to a very nice and knowledgeable woman on the phone, asked for 4 of the nuts and holders in case it happens again. They will be put in the mail today.
