Do not book this condo We were unhappy with our stay as the condo was not properly cleaned. Several areas appeared dirty, including stained linens, marked furniture, and unclean kitchen items. The property needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
I actually live here, and just wanted to say to any prospective holidaymakers...this is not a hotel. It is predominantly a residential building of 120 apartments. About 20 are rented out as serviced apartments / short term holiday lets and private Airbnbs. Many of those are unrenovated and very dated (the building was constructed in 1975). Turned up and preyed we were in the wrong location. Building is old and reminded me of the projects in the u.s. going off photos online there wasnt a match to be found. Was greeted by a lift that matched a worksite in progress. Got to a room with an outstanding view. My family of 9 had to make a choice to try and stay as positive and make the most of what we had. Only to find beds were rock solid(gave me a sore neck and lower back) went to make the bed and found stains on sheets and massive stains on the mattress. Had a show... read more
The only good thing about this place was the location. We stayed in room 24D and it was absolutely disgusting! There was a razor blade in the draw, old cigarette butts in drawers, mould, cobwebs… absolutely filthy!! When we called the owner they said they would do us a favour a refund us… but charge US a cleaning fee of $200! We had no choice but to stay 1 night as I have young kids and we didn’t arrive until late afternoon, it was absolutely terrible and the owner was so rude, even after I sent him photos with proof of what... read more
