Pretty disappointed with the service through condor apartments, after being moved to the mantra towers due to landlord selling the apartment we had originally booked 6 months prior, the check in process was awful and we were mucked around so much, allegedly the keys were in their office - the office didn’t and does not exist, we paid a fortune for the 2 bed apartment in 3056 mantra tower 3, the apartment was dirty with animal hair all over the furniture and carpet, there was an awful urine like smell throughout the apartment... read more
This building is absolutely filthy. Do not stay. Management are a complete joke. Can’t speak English.
Where do I even begin cockroaches all through the kitchen dead and alive not to mention my partner has woken up with bug bites all over her body probably because the bed sheets haven’t been changed or because all they gave us was a old small blanket that was sitting in a cupboard for who knows how long the hot water in the showers lasted less then 5 minutes the whole floor smelt of cat urine I’ve tried to get in contact with the hotel I’ve had no response would not stay here even if it was free
