I actually live here, and just wanted to say to any prospective holidaymakers...this is not a hotel. It is predominantly a residential building of 120 apartments. About 20 are rented out as serviced apartments / short term holiday lets and private Airbnbs. Many of those are unrenovated and very dated (the building was constructed in 1975). I wouldn't say the building and infratrature is modern as it is abit old but it is still appealing to stay at. The condor has an outside pool and indoor pool as well and it includes a sauna and shower which are both very clean. The location is great it is a 5 minute work towards the main area of surfers.
Wonderful place to stay

Unclean apartment, poor communication, blood-stained pillowcase, and non-working appliances. The view was fantastic, but they can't take credit for that. We have yet to receive our deposit back.
