Joey SEEMED to be very knowledgeable and was originally very helpful with issues that arose from HIS installation of our heat pump in July. After having to return multiple times to repair his own work he stopped answering calls or texts. He then sent a former partner to do work who now is also no longer replying. I have been very cordial in all communications with Joey. I am now fed up. DO NOT USE CONDOR MECHANICAL!

I installed a smart thermostat and had trouble configuring. Joey came out quickly (others were going to be several days) and he not only helped me fix my problem in very quick time, he explained a lot of things to me about my system I did not know. I highly recommend!
