They canceled my reservation after I was confirmed. I arrived at 11pm to be told I didn’t have a room. Then was told I could have a room but no shower. 5 flights of stairs, no working elevator. The phones in the room don’t call the front desk so if you need something, 5 flights of stairs to talk to anyone. The toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The rooms are okay. I was significantly overcharged.

“King size” bed was Queen sized bed rotated 90 degrees so way too short. Safe didn’t work. Coffee maker broken. AC makes loud noise. Elevator broken, but no sign to tell me that. No way this is 4 star hotel.

Was told to wait to be checked in because the front desk staff was about to be done with his shift and the relief would be here shortly to handle the check in. Only to find out he checked in someone else shortly after and then left, when the next worker came in I was informed that there were no more vacant rooms and had to cancel my reservation. Needless to say won't be booking here again especially after having to wait an hour for the shifts to change over at prime check in hours. Terrible service, terrible hotel.

Quise reservar una habitación y solo pregunté si hablaban español y me dijeron que no solo inglés y me tiraron el teléfono. Me sentí horrible; como turista no recomiendo este hotel
