Contracted them to do work on stone on a project. They took 75% down, had to be tracked down to start the project, never finished the project. than sued me to get more money on unfinished work

Would provide 0 stars if possible. From our experience there is a reason they have sold the business/changed focus. The change does not alleviate their primary issue of communication and overall customer service. The only people that knew what they were doing or communicated were the installers. If you choose to work with them know they are awful with communication and overall customer service from the administrative/sales/corporate level. I would highly advise looking elsewhere for your project.

I got a quote for a fireplace from Condor in the summer of 2022 for an upcoming new construction project. I reached back out to them this year, in August 2023, to place our order and get a quote for stonework. However, I was not able to get a hold of anyone on the phone despite calling multiple times and trying multiple extensions. I paid for the gas insert almost 4 months ago. Since then, I have received ZERO communication from them. Sales rep said she'd call me and never did. Absolutely nothing happens unless I call. The few people who have been out (only after I call) have been nice but seem to have no idea about the project. I still have no fireplace. How hard can it be to make a simple phone call and provide some customer service?
