Bought a new tire from Condor Cycle, great quality, but I couldn’t fit it myself. Went back and Ash sorted it out on the spot, no fuss. Super helpful and friendly. Good product + great service!

I bought a new bike from Condor a few weeks ago. Initially I had issues with back pain. I was able to see James who is a very experienced bike fitter at Condor. He fixed it up and now the bike feels so good. I also received a great service from another person at the shop who was helping choose a pannier for the bike. Once I decided to buy one, James installed a bike rack for me on the bike, which was very kind since normally you need to book a workshop appointment for this.
