Condon-Reed's service is OUTSTANDING!! I had problems with my residential HVAC and contacted the MD-based firm that installed the system 12 years ago. A young technician came to inspect it and told me I needed to replace the entire system ($5-8,000). This sounded a bit extreme to me so I contacted Condon-Reed, who was referred by a neighbor who is an architect.
