If you are looking to rent or buy, just don't do it in this building. It's quite obvious that when this building was built, that it was done so poorly(blame should go to the builders). The property management team is bad (First Residential). The onsite super is great, but there is only so much he can do. The very loud fire alarms go off randomly twice a month (not an exaggeration), and they can't shut them off for multiple hours (there is no fire). Easy walking distance to more than a dozen restaurants plus Harris Teeters less than a block away. There's a Publix (1.1 mi) and a Food Lion (0.6 mi).
