The neighbors in unit #16 are crazy intrusive. The week I moved in the old lady who lives there told me I would have to keep my cat on a leash and complained to the HOA president. The following week I found one of them standing on my back patio staring in through the patio door while I unpacked. It's perfect for young people and college age students. There's no rules about noise so you can party all you want. No one gets all uptight. My cousin had two keg parties in one week. There were about 50 or 60 people in-and-out. No one got mad or anything. It was crazy. I love the place.
