This is our first visit to Winter Park, but we live on a ski slope and take a ski vacation annually so have had a lot of experience with maintenance. It snowed overnight, probably about a foot or more. The condo management company did not clear our parking lot, which is a bit hilly until well after 12 noon. Everyone, AWD or not, got stuck trying to get out. Phone calls to the main office went unanswered.
