As a property manager of several communities they really make our job easy when quoting insurance.
Edit: there was no deferred maintenance as you so claim and you sent us loss reports that show you there been 0 ZERO claims for the last 14 years. Incredibly disappointing.
Our Association joined CISA a few years ago (at several thousand $/yr premium), with escalating rates at each renewal date; they also eventually limited us to a $5k deductible! Note we've filed only TWO minor claims that were paid out & closed years ago. However, a notice was just issued from CISA telling us that our policy will not be renewed "due to underwriting guidelines not being met". horrible will not do business with again. Canceled the policy and they charged a crazy amount for canceling 11 days into the policy. And didn't send the bill for it until a year and a half later
