I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dave Proudfoot. I went downstairs to let my dog get some air and to take him for a walk but got stopped and yelled at in-front of multiple people. He was harassing me and accusing my dog (yorkie) who weighs 7 pounds went to the washroom in front of the front doors.
