rude terrible customer service Asking for proof of a transfer fee from the sale of our condo. They would not provide us that. Called on the phone and was hung up on,,( yeah real professional) they are charging us a fee, with out any paperwork.....and our HOA board doesn't even know about this!!!! pathetic
