I paid for documents to be uploaded to CondoCafe and saw that they were uploaded and the file was marked as completed; however, for some reason, they would not be available for download for another two days. Called support and was told she could see the documents but would not be doing anything and that I had to wait two days, which would've taken me past the delivery date promised when I placed the order. Terrible service and support. Document ordered only available for download, not disclosed there is limitation number of attempt for downlaoding, not mentioned it only works on PC not your smart phone. After all paying for the service and not able to obtain the document I need, and direct me to go to the property management. Other than uploading the link to their portal I don't see anything else they can deliver
