Poor Service and No Accountability We just stayed in a vacation condo unit starting in July of 2011 through Condo Realty Inc. Upon our 3pm check in with a 6 month old we found the unit looking like it was well lived in for a week with ZERO done to clean it. The garbage disposal also did not work. The unit smelled of old fish, there was a big yellow stain in the white sink, cereal on the floor (tile and carpets) and bathroom issues that I will have to let you imagine so I can keep this review clean. They made our experience terrific I can't say enough good things about this company. First, when I was looking for a place I called them and told them about my parameters, which included an extremely limited budget. They found a great rental for a great price for my family. Secondly, we had a problem with an oil spill on the carpet by a prior renter. They had someone in to clean it up within a day. Great service!
