Absolutely horrible communication, moved into a condo community and they have never once returned a call or picked up the phone. I have even tried mailing to them and still never heard back. But dont worry when your late on an HOA fee they will make sure to send you a bill in the mail.

My condo hired this company for book keeping services only, but did not receive even that at the minimum. Do not expect anything from them, no invoices, bills, statements, or even a phone call back. I have never had such a hard time reaching anyone on a phone before, resulting in me having to use their emergency number provided. But don’t do that, i got a letter in the mail weeks later saying that’s not included in our deal (how would i know, its provided in their voicemail) And I was having a flooding emergency. My condominium is very well taken care of on all seasons. However as a resident since I lived here 2016 I have never been able to get anyone on the phone. Multiple calls and multiple voicemails and I never receive a return phone call.

They are okay but still out dated. They don't have a web site to pay off fees resulting in only accepting checks. Sometimes they take a while to send a check through. It can be difficult to reach a person to talk to and at times do not call back after you leave message.
