Sean was amazing to deal with. So kind, accommodating and efficient! Definitely recommend.
If anyone lives in a condo having issues with PTAC units, call Sean immediately. I looked up on Google because of the review left him a message. Upon bright light in the early morning the next day. Sean messaged me and said he would called me in a few minutes. Then my phone rang. I told him the problem. He told me $99 to visit and diagnose, but he could also solve the problem remotely on the phone. Quickly, he jumped to it by talking to the tenant and solved the problem remotely. Sean & Ryan came to my rescue after finding out my AC/heating unit had mold that was making me sick. Their service was exceptional from start to finish & communication was excellent. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
