I’ve been living in Condo 1 for the past three years, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Antonio. He’s always quick to help with anything that comes up and genuinely cares about the people who live here. Everything is always well-kept, and communication is super easy. My roommate and I have never had an issue, and it's been the easiest place to live in!
Our family has been using Condo1’s property management services for decades. Without their help, managing a few rental properties in Arlington from the West Coast could be a real nightmare. But they’ve managed to make the whole process as seamless and as hassle-free for us as possible. They have come through for us time after time even in the trickiest of situations. Antonio was a fantastic partner in my rental search. I was abroad during most of the process, and he went above and beyond to make it seamless. I had a mixed experience working with Condo 1. I was a renter for three years in Alexandria at one of their properties and experienced both good and bad. To start, the building that I lived in was older and needed a lot of infrastructure work. While Condo 1 and Kim were responsive to issues that came up, I did feel like many of the concerns I had were not properly addressed and more or less had a "band-aid" slapped on them.
