I had a mixed experience working with Condo 1. I was a renter for three years in Alexandria at one of their properties and experienced both good and bad. To start, the building that I lived in was older and needed a lot of infrastructure work. I spoke and worked with Kimberly as a leasing agent, she helped me find a very nice condo to rent in downtown Arlington. She was extremely responsive over text and was able to let us tour the apartment and apply in just a few days. It's so great that Condo1 specializes in condos in this area!
