I scheduled a tour at Altavista for 7:30 PM, but no one ever showed up. The leasing representative called at 7:30 saying he was a few minutes away and asked for the building address because he couldn’t find it. After I sent it, I waited in the lobby, but he never arrived. My text asking for an update went unanswered, and when I called, my call was immediately hung up on. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I hope management addresses this.
Update - April, 2026: After the owner of Condo1 (John) got involved, everything change. They came to fix what is broken, 2nd mailbox key been delivered, as well as taking care of other stuff. One of the worst experience I ever hard with realtor. Let me say in simple words, they dont know what they are doing, NOT responsive, and provides wrong information. Talk about a great service. Quick on requests for maintenance or anything you need. Antonio is the best employee he made my rental so much easier and stress free. Super happy with the service that he provides I will be coming back for all real estate needs just because of Antonio
