I've used Condo1 to manage my property for 10 years, the last 8 of those while I was abroad. I found their service to be extermely professional and "hassle free". They acted as agents for me, selected tenants, and managed all aspects of the property as they arose. The team were courteous and helpful. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The reviews shown here are not recent. They are between three and nine years old with one written "only" two years ago. I am surprised to see a rating from Wael Rafat who does contract work for Condo 1. In the next few days I will update my comments. At this point, my experience as a rental property owner, with a Condo 1 management contract, has been unsatisfactory. I hope the Better Business Bureau will help resolve the remaining issues and concerns.

Condo1 is amazing and easy to work with, they have resolved any issue I’ve come across very quickly! Had a problem with the HVAC in my apartment and Condo1 had someone out within the hour to have it fixed.

I had the pleasure of working with Julia on a rental for a client of mine. She was responsive, professional, represented her landlord client, all the while being sensitive to the needs of my client. She was a pleasure to work with.
