A company rep was scheduled to stop by during a two hour window this afternoon and talk to us about replacing an AC system. But neither the company nor the rep bothered to contact us and let us know that the rep was running behind schedule and would miss the end of the window. As a result, we will no longer consider doing business with this company. Perhaps the owner will take note and adjust...
I contacted this company for an estimate on a mini-split installation in my garage. I already had all the necessary measurements, and the project was straightforward, but they insisted on sending an estimator for an in-person visit. I accommodated their request and stayed home for the appointment. When the estimator arrived, he simply took the same measurements I had already provided and left.
