Conditioned Air has installed many units in my house for over 20 years. I have an air conditioning crisis and called for the owner and was told he was not in, and the young lady said she could not give out his number or the number of Raymond, the service manager. I’m giving Conditioned Air Mechanics (CAM) 4 stars because, while the initial journey was rocky, the way they handled the final resolution was impressive. The Background: We had a full HVAC and duct replacement in April 2024. Ultimately, the product itself is high-quality, but the initial installation lacked the necessary care. There were several oversights, including a drain line that wasn't sloped correctly (causing water to back up) and some air ducts that weren't properly replaced. Be careful doing business with these hooligans. I was driving on the highway and put the signal to merge into a lane in rush hour traffic and their business truck started speeding up and honking aggresively and was engaging in road rage behaviour. Kept speeding up to me and acting aggresively basically being a window gangster.This is with their business name and phone number plastered all around the truck.
