An absolute gentleman. My Holden VF Commodore developed the dreaded transmission shudder from a leaking torque converter. They explained the problem and the repair required in detail and provided a quote which was cheaper than all of the others in the area. Car repair was finished on time and as quoted and upon pick up they showed me all the components they changed. The best customer service in the area - honest, professional and fairly priced. Highly recommended.
Sam is a true professional. A mechanic had previously told my my kia’s transmission needed replacing, Sam took it round the block and instantly deduced it was an exhaust blockage and then drove it across the road and explained the issue to them which it indeed it was and I was back on the road within hours. For someone to go out of their way to help somebody and then explain this to the exhaust mechanic just to help is really most commendable.
