I recently gave birth at Condell and had a very positive experience. I was hesitant and a bit nervous because I had never had any hospital stays or surgeries done at Condell, but my stay exceeded my expectations. The New Life Maternity Center has very spacious and comfortable rooms for both moms and their support person. All of the nurses that I interacted with both for my care and for my daughter’s care in the NICU were absolutely wonderful. The lab staff are unprofessional
i really don’t want to give any stars because ….. i was taken to your hospital by ambulance on saturday night 9/12/2025 due to falling and ending up with a large gash on my head above my left eye by the brow bone due to severe bleeding …. my daughter also rode along with my wallet and do to the fall i was in and out of it. she was asked to leave the room a couple of times so they could examine me… so my wallet was left in the room. My mom was seen here. She had money stolen from her by one of the workers. I reported it to the doctor, nurse and security. Nothing was done. I was continued to be informed that I could file a grievance. I request the names of all the workers that helped my mom. The nurse informed me that she was unsure if she could legally give me their names for the grievance.
