My daughter has received excellent care here for a concussion. We went to several docs before seeing Dr. Smith and he shared lots of information that no one else had. I'll forever be grateful to him for his help is healing my child’s brain.
Have been 100% nothing but completely disappointed with this practice. I have been trying to get an appointment for over a year....A YEAR! Must've left a dozen messages in the time frame and only been called back once to tell my my original referral expired and to get a new one. I got a new one and now they will not call me back. Trying to get an appointment here is a nightmare. My first time being referred in September, I called to check on status of appointment after a week and was told they hadn’t received a referral for me although my PCP had sent it. The following day I called back and was told they actually did have it but didn’t have any appointments until the end of November.
