Dr. Nguyen is a doll. I travel from dacula to see her in the new Johns Creek office. The staff is wonderful also.
And the plot thickens. The only info I have from "Concur Urgent Care" is for a covid test in 2021. After calling your office, I now understand that you're billing on behalf of another provider. There is a billing note in my account for that provider and you should follow up with them. The entire thing makes me so uncomfortable and feels fraudy with the call center that appears to be overseas. What a great experience at Concur urgent care today. Accidentally cut myself and knew it needed looked at. They took me right in and explained every step and expense immediately. I felt very cared for and was in and out in no time. Special thanks to Dr Nguyen for her excellent professional care!
