Terrible experience dealing with the representatives at this company. Our initial customer service representative offered us a FREE trial period for an application add on Hip Monk. Approximately a week later, well within our trial period, we determined that this program was not a fit for our company. Our customer service representative had changed and we notified her of our decision. Their website is good for planning travel and managing expenses. However their mobile app has become increasingly unstable in regards to receipt pictures over the past two years. It has become ridiculously time consuming to upload a single receipt in the app. Of course the since the latest update broke on android they have disabled reviews and ratings in the app store. Pathetic business practice!
