We are very satisfied with the work done by CV! Their team (Adam & Gabriel) did a fantastic job. They were on time every day as promised, kept us apprised about the progress, let us know about some of the possible issues like cracks, and in the end, ensured we were completely satisfied with their work. We had a full polish and burnish on a basement floor. Just had a party to celebrate and all who attended we amazed at the transformation. Excellent job!
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - slow, dishonest, poor communication, do not honor warranty Update - they have reached out and offered to correct the issues, now waiting for someone to come out and inspect in detail and get us on the schedule. Will update again once the issues are corrected Concrete-Visions refinished floors in our brewery and we should have know when 2 weeks of work turned into 5 that we should be worried. Thank you to Craig and Team Victor for our beautiful concrete floors. A great company to work with that really cares about their work and their customers. We tore out our engineered hardwood flooring and added a micro topped concrete floor in the lower level of our home. We wanted something tough enough for kids and dogs but also looked modern and clean. Craig really went above and beyond making sure we were happy with every detail of our new floors. Thank you!
