Very bad service. Shame on them
Everyone there was super helpful except for Meghan she made my experience so difficult. I have a NTTC with them and I sent/ showed them my NTTC. I had a client go pick up materials, and she charged my client tax and started screaming at me on the phone saying I did not have a NTTC and refused to REIMBURSE my client for tax on the materials. It's so sad that some people could act in this manner. Meghan is not perfessional at all. Ok company.the owner Steve is quite nice and intellectual.front sales woman are pretty rude and try to rush people out! Also I stopped by today and they had a big party going on and the warehouse guys were running around working like dogs while everyone else was enjoying the day out.seems to me the warehouse guys should have a day for them considering they wouldn't be able to operate without them imo.all and all its a ok store (WAY over priced though)
I love this store. Has all your construction needs related to concrete. Best of all the Hilti products.
