"We built our business from the ground up. Concrete Specialties began manufacturing precast concrete products in Clarendon Hills, Illinois in 1963. Our first owners, Dick Ekins and Tom Taylor, produced concrete blocks, cinder blocks, septic tanks and other building material composed of cement, sand, stone or gravel. In 1986, EOCN Corporation, a holding company owned by the Nondorf family, purchased the business. God forbid you have more than one question when you call. It’s a yes or no and CLICK. Literally happens every time I call. I mean customer service at McDonald’s in racine is far better than that. No excuses for that garbage customer service Besides the garbage of a guy that’s answering the phone. Just about every contractor I spoke with that has dealt with old castle has had the same experience.
