Steve and Jimmy transformed our garage at our new home! We had Concrete Science do our previous house garage 2 years ago and found out how great it was to have a clean garage floor (it keeps the whole house cleaner!) and looks great. I was pleasantly surprised to see Steve again when they did the work last week. He takes such pride in his work and sent me pictures of the transformation throughout the day! It looks fantastic! We had an outstanding experience with the team at Concrete Science. Claire took my request and routed it to the appropriate people. I spoke with Woody, who sent Joe the next day to look at our pool deck project. Joe came back the very next day and worked all day to complete the project. Joe was very professional and put my concerns for the project at ease. Joe was great to work with and worked on the project as if it was his own home. He made our pool deck look amazing!! We hired CS to apply a microtopping to our sidewalk/ front porch and to coat our garage floor. They applied the microtopping on 6/19/20. It looked sloppy and inconsistent. The techs flung cement/sealer over landscaping rock and burnt our grass with a chemical. We called CS immediately. Chase and Ryan came out. They agreed the job needed redone and would clean the cement/sealer off our landscaping. They came out on 6/25/20, They reapplied the microtopping. We had a similar experience as the first time.
