Noelle has been cutting and coloring my hair for 13 or 14 years. She's the BEST and she keeps her salon impeccable and carries quality products that you can't find everywhere. I am especially impressed now by the Covid-19 protocols she has put in place -- I know she has a real commitment to her clients' safety, not just lip service to the requirements, and I felt safe getting my hair cut there last week. Yes, we're related -- she's married to my son -- but I have been a client of hers longer than that.
