These guys provided excellent service. They were able to tackle a complicated situation that other foundation repair companies were afraid to attempt. They were able to stabilize the foundation and repair the slab damage created by another foundation repair service. I was also impressed with the appearance of the slab patches. They reinforced the slab patch with rebar and spent significant time detailing the patches. Their pricing was competitive for the type of pier they were placing.
Jon gave us a no BS estimate for a complete new driveway and alternative drainage from a gutter downspout. All the work was done in 2 days as he told us. A sprinkler head was damaged and they promptly fixed that on day 3. The work looks great. Highly recommend.
I found myself in a nightmare situation where a plumber did damage to my foundation footer while complete a plumbing repair. I talked to several experts that all urged me to find a way to repair the damage. After speaking with a structural engineer, I was able to find CRS to complete the recommended repair. They added steel piers on both sides of the breakout and added back rebar to strengthen the repair. They did great work and I hope to work with them in the future.
Dealt with Jon Potts, he followed up on all promises, his men knew their jobs very well, job was well priced well.Jon and his men showed up when promised, job was finished earlier than we had discussed. Oh, and the job was to install a French drain in my back yard, had two other contractors work on the flooding and did not fix the problem.
