I cant believe how nice it looks! I didnt realize how bad it looked until they repaired it!! Nice Job!!
Work was completed satisfactorily, however the technician failed to fill one of the holes he had drilled. I left a message with concrete polyfix, but got no response from them. I reached out to the gentleman that gave the quote. He contacted the technician who said he’d stop by the next morning but never did. The gentleman that gave the quote was kind enough to come out to complete the job.
Very pleased with the results. They arrived on time and finished the job efficiently and without mess. This is my second time working with Concrete PolyFix
Very satisfied! The initial call, to the on-site inspection, with a quote for a cost, the acceptance on both ends, follow up email with a confirmation on all details, to a call arranginging the date of repair. They arrived within the window given, work was professional and well done. Their was oversight of the technicians, with approval. The end result was great!
