Jamie did a nice job leveling our concrete in multiple areas and raised our front step. He cleaned up after he was finished and the driveway and sidewalk look great! Pricing was exactly what they quoted and they communicated with us thru each step of the process. Thank you!
I received an estimate on October 31st to fill a void and lift concrete near my driveway approach. An appointment was scheduled for November 11th. On that day, the technician arrived but stated he didn’t have the proper equipment to make the necessary cut and would need to reschedule. Later, the office called and cited an equipment malfunction, which conflicted with what I was told onsite. I didn't actually hire this company. Why? I never got past the fact that I never actually SPOKE to a person, nor the fact that they went on my property without my knowledge or consent to make an estimate they never discussed with me. I got texts that I thought were some sort of AI program that just asked basic questions. If in fact it was a human, they never said so and never gave their name.
