Concrete Polishing & Sealing recently refinished our double-garage floors. This included removing the old surface coating, patching cracks, sanding to a smooth surface with slight slope to keep water out of the garage, and then a multi-coat application of an epoxy polymer coating with decorative flake for extra traction. After replacing our sewer line, the basement floor was a mess. 600 sq ft of remaining floor tile and mortar needed to be removed and the floor levelled. Arranging the work with Youri was straightforward and he answered all of my questions. Hector and his crew arrived early and worked very hard all day. Hector was great to deal with and I was amazed at how clean the large vacuums kept the whole process. There was almost no dust at all.
