I was quoted a price for cement a week before we had ours delivered. Called the day before to make sure everything was still good to go and was quoted exact same price again. (each time I had 2 workers sitting here listening to the call. Then the day the delivery truck came the price went up $532! I called and the same man who quoted it wrong kept saying "IF I quoted it wrong then all I can say is sorry." If? If? Really? There is no IF! I KNOW WHAT HE SAID.
