Shoddy work for a pool build. There is water pooling because they shot incorrect elevation. The work was completed in May. We complained for two months before the owner came out. In July he agreed that it was poorly done and was going to do a quick fix to get us through the summer and then would fix it in the fall. I have followed up with him and the pool company. Both have been awful to deal with.

We called Concrete masters based on reviews and an estimator arrived within hours, gave me some great suggestions and left saying we would have an estimate the next day. Ten days later I called concrete masters and spoke with Anna who advised she didn't have our email address and had mailed our estimate out. Anna advised she would email it to us anyways after we gave our email address again, however that email never arrived. We had a new driveway, sidewalks, front steps and stamped patio in the backyard. The entire process from getting an estimate to final clean up was exceptional! The owner was Augustine gave us trustworthy expert advice on the project, his daughter Anna help us pick out the perfect stain go the patio.
