Based on other positive reviews of this business I scheduled an appointment with them to come out to our home and provide us a quote for work we're looking to have done. Come appointment time they were a no-show. When I messaged them to inquire if they were still coming they did not respond. It's now almost 6 hours past our scheduled appointment time and no one from this business has reached out to me to acknowledge the missed appointment or apologize or attempt to reschedule. Excellent company that provided great service leveling our front walkway that had become eroded underneath over time. Very fair quote, communicated frequently prior to arrival. Explained exactly what they were going to do, leveled the concrete and cleaned up perfectly like they weren’t even here. Very professional and conscientious service.
