Great Pilates class , although much harder than any I’ve done before! Fab to have the recovery area. Would be good to have clearer instruction on using the app so is clear where the classes/ wellness area is in the gym
Started training at concrete at the beginning of this year and have loved it! Great atmosphere and it pushed me to train with like minded people. Love the recovery room to!
An extremely inclusive, welcoming space to become a healthier version of yourself. The trainers are all round nice people, always happy to assist. The Pilates included within the strength facility is such a stand out for the membership, alongside the wellness space that has the sleekest steam sauna I've experienced in Newcastle 10/10!
Each and every coach have always brought the best energy to every class. I love the community that’s been created here!
I have been loving this gym since I joined in Nov 2024. Modern, clean, friendly and my membership includes functional, pilates & wellness (sauna & ice bath) Before this i paid 3 separate facilities for all of this, now I have it in one place. So good!
