EDITED: I can confidently say that The Concrete Guys of Ohio have fully restored my faith in hiring contractors! After being ghosted by Morgan, she contacted me the following week apologizing and stating that an emergency caused her to be out and they did not have a contingency in place for who would take over communications with customers so the ball was dropped. I always take reviews with a grain of salt - everyone’s expectations are different and circumstances unique. I read some reviews that made me question whether this company was reputable and would actually show up. I took a chance and called. The owner quickly came out to quote the job, created a sketch to submit to our HOA, and had Morgan send the proposal for our review. We highly recommend The Concrete Guys of Ohio for your next concrete project! We were very pleased with the results but more than that we were overwhelmed by the professionalism, knowledge and genuine kindness of the team that installed our driveway and sidewalks! Also, their customer service is first rate!
I can’t say enough good things about this business. Very fair pricing, and hard workers. They were out every morning at 6:30-7 am for 4 days straight. They poured my 30x40’ garage concrete to spec, and they stand behind their work. I will definitely use them again!
