10/17/25 The owner, Chad, called me asking for feedback about my review. He listened to my feedback about the packaging and offered up that he's had a lot of difficulty with damaged shipping packages with both UPS and Fedex lately. He instructed me on how to change the look of my finished floor & also offered to refund me the cost of the super prime. I can’t recommend these guys enough. This was our very first time doing a DIY epoxy floor project in our restaurant. I called them probably over 20 times between choosing the products, getting instructions how to prep and pour the epoxy correctly… Toby was super patient and helpful every time. Their prices were also about 50% less than our local supply store. All around great experience. They made a daunting DIY project a success
I truly appreciated Toby taking the time to explain how to epoxy my floors. He even allowed me to video the demonstration. The customer service by everyone at this establishment was friendly and inviting. I complained about the cost of all the equipment I had to buy but it was all worth it. My project came out beautifully. Thank you.
I've bought several different products thru them for my projects. They have been very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly!!! I'll definitely keep going here for my epoxy and mica products!
