I truly appreciated Toby taking the time to explain how to epoxy my floors. He even allowed me to video the demonstration. The customer service by everyone at this establishment was friendly and inviting. I complained about the cost of all the equipment I had to buy but it was all worth it. Called with a question and spoke with Chad. Super knowledgeable and polite. Placed my order right then and there. Chad gave me a military discount for service (Navy). When FedEx had a delivery issue two days later I emailed Chad around 9:00 P.M. my time. By time I woke up the next day it was resolved. The product received looks exactly like the pictures.
