Update: Even almost 6 months later, Laura has continued to check in with me. And I still can’t say enough about how much i appreciate her help and support through the process of relocating my aunt and uncle! 9/19/25. After sending a request asking who the current owner is of a specific assisted living facility in San Antonio, Laura Daniels sent me a text right away asking how she can help me on 9/6/25. I sent a text back to her asking who the owner is and telling her I had been told that the facility had been sold. I've sent 2 more texts to her, including one that said I will write a review because of not receiving an answer. Still no reply as of today. I will contact a different agency and ask them. Care Advocates Laura Daniels and Brittany Jones have been wonderful in assisting with the process of finding the best solution for assisted living for my mom. They have walked our family through step by step with recommendations on various types facilities, accompanying us on site visits, and being available to answer questions at any time. Their assistance has been so very helpful, plus has helped with peace of mind that mom will get the best care at a facility that fits her needs.
