I never leave reviews.... that being said, I have to do so in this case. Laura and Alejandra helped me in a time where I didn't see any hope. My elderly mother had a couple of falls and ended up in the hospital. The hospital was worthless and did nothing ( no need to get into the full story ). Laura Daniels was an amazing advocate for my 92-year old mom who was hospitalized unexpectedly and then required extensive rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility before she could return home. She helped me understand the hospitalization and discharge process, secured home health for my mom’s wound care, and secured transportation for her return home. Laura has been a tremendous help to our family for several years . She assisted us when we were searching for assisted living for our parents . She then later helped us navigate through the memory care options . She had continued to remain in contact with us , I know i can reach out and she will always be helpful .
