I received a recommendation for this company from a friend and they came through. I did get a couple of quotes in good practice and decided to go with Concrete, Etc. Their pricing was fair to everyone. They communicated well from beginning to end, they did a very nice job and kept the work sight tidy in each phase. I would use them again.
Couldn't be happier with our basement floor. DaVon provided exceptional expertise. The epoxy treatment is such an improvement over painted concrete--it looks great and is much easier to clean.
D'Andre's team polished a 30'x24' garage floor in two days. They did excellent work, and on time. The floor looks great and no VOC smells. The polish makes the concrete floor much easier to sweep and keep clean.
D'Andre was great to work with but his crew did major damage to my garage door while they were doing the work, making it fully inoperable. They acknowledged they did the damage and said they would pay for the repair. 3 months have gone by and they still haven't paid ANY of the repair bill. Contacted them many times but keep getting a different answer for why it hasn't been paid. Don't trust that they will do what they say they will do.
D’Andre hasn’t done the work yet but his customer service is very impressive. I have had so many questions, and he has answered them all with so much patience. I am so excited to get our floors done with Concrete Etc. I will update photos once our floors are done.
