Lucas is extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner can lie about this being spam but it's not. He's just trying to hide negative reviews. I'm a real person who wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They think they are above doing anything wrong and will never take accountability for their awful behavior.
I reached out to Lucas with Concrete Creations via email and he promptly gave me a call, and emailed me the next business day. I have concrete countertops that weren’t installed by a contractor who specializes in them, so I have some issues. Lucas was VERY giving of his time and knowledge to assist me in getting the results I’m looking for. If I end up tearing out the existing concrete and replacing, I will definitely be reaching out to Lucas to do my countertops. Lucas did my countertops when we built our house about 6 years ago. He was very knowledgeable about concrete, as I had never seen this used for countertops in the past. They turned out amazing! They are top of the line and have shown no signs of wear! He does a great job and will take care you. Highly recommend!
Professional, polite, knowledgeable and he did an amazing job on our counter tops. As soon as we get our backsplash done I’ll post the pictures. He does work that is worth your money!! I would refer him to my family and friends
