Poor product. Delivered chipped (chipped corners are allowed in the product literature). Wouldn't stand up for their bad product. I blame my Architect for selecting this crap. We finished the project with different tile. Terrible customer service.
Horrible company, no integrity. My experience with this product a team was terrible with poor quality product. They over promised with the client, after recommending them, and delivered shit that they would even acknowledge or come look at. Be aware, they will promise the world and name drop, but of you ask all those that have used their product, they won’t go back.
They over promised, then under delivered on quality. Stay far away from this terrible company and poorly managed team. They are nice as can be until you send a PO, then everything is your fault and you should have not had such high expectations.
Well an Architect recommended this product to our client. They also wanted 1/2 down to start production, we sent them this 50% payment. Then they called me and asked for the final payment prior to receiving any product. We let them know there was no way I was releasing final payment prior to having all the product delivered. Then they shorted us on the order, I had created the pieces they shorted me by cutting some of my overage down.
