The Concraft Team of Tai (Project Manager), ***************** (Carpenters) and **** (Project Coordinator) did an excellent job mitigating and repairing the water damage from my refrigerator water line leak.Communication was good as they executed the various steps in the process.I would recommend Concraft to others needing similar services.

Beware!!!! Concraft was supposed to do remediation on a certain day. I finally coordinated a day between my busy builder and this company. They were supposed to come on a particular Friday. I called that Friday afternoon to see when they were coming, and they canceled on me the same day they were supposed to come...without even a phone call. Concraft is a professional business that really takes care of you. They showed up to my house within the hour of my pipes bursting. They walked me through and educated me on everything they were doing and what I needed to do to proceed with my insurance.
Fifteen years ago my neighbor's garage burned down. There was fire damage to my garage. Concraft was always on time, worked with the insurance company, completely resided my garage and made necessary repairs. Cleanup was done every day and constantly. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am at this time considering to use this company again for additional work fifteen years later.
