I had visited two patients at this center and I like the attention given to patiens and the cleanliness of this place.
This home care facility failed my grandmother in the most heartbreaking way. The nurses constantly showed attitude, as if they didn't want to be there or do their job. Instead of showing patience, compassion, and professionalism, they made it clear they didn't care. My grandmother did not receive the proper attention and care she desperately needed, and because of this neglect, she passed away. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who wants their loved one treated with dignity and respect.
My mom has been here for 2 weeks now.. from the moment she arrived the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. They treat my mother with patience, respect and dignity every step of the way and for that I am very thankful
